TestSwarm doesn't have any support for sending notifications, and its really not the scope of the project to provide those.

There are plenty continous integration tools with excellent support for notifications, among them Jenkins. There's even a Jenkins-TestSwarm plugin (ignore the repo saying Hudson, same thing for us), but its currently just the raw source code, no documentation on building or using it.

• We need someone to take that plugin, build it and test it in a Jenkins instance, along with TestSwarm. Then write documentation on how to build and use it. Once that is done, we can consider moving the plugin into the jquery organization, along with figuring out the license, which is currently not present.
